Obituary for Thomas L. Adrean Jr.
Old Forge, NY - Thomas L. Adrean, Jr., 65, passed away unexpectedly, July 27, 2022.
He was born in Utica, NY, January 14, 1957, a son of the late Thomas L. Adrean, Sr., and Dorothea (LaBella) Adrean. Thomas graduated from T.R. Proctor High School and went on to own and operate Adrean’s Body Works, Inc., which was lastly located in Whitesboro.
He is survived by two brothers, Louis V. Adrean of Cleveland Heights, OH, and Charles J. Adrean of New Hartford, NY; aunts and an uncle, Carol Cardone Roefaro of Utica, Margaret Damiano of FL, and Maria and Leo Callari of Utica; and many cousins including, Bridget E. Rubino, Caroline J. and Shawn Hughes, and Dr. Angela M. Elefante, all of Utica. He was predeceased by an infant daughter, Katie Ellen Adrean; his paternal grandparents, Louis V. and Cora (Elefante) Adrean; his maternal grandparents, Fred and Theresa (Zongrone) LaBella; aunts and uncles, Vincent and Antoinette LaBella, Jack Cardone, Renato Roefaro, Joseph Damiano, Camille and Thomas Cavallo, Nicholas and Suzanne Sbarra, and Nicholas and Lorraine Rubino.
In keeping with Thomas’s wishes there will be no public visitation. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial, 10 a.m., Thursday, August 11, 2022, at St. Mary of Mount Carmel/Blessed Sacrament Parish. The family will receive visitors in church at the conclusion of services. Interment will take place in Calvary Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Adrean Funeral Service, Inc.
