Obituary for Carol Jean Evers
Carol Jean Evers, age 66, of Cold Brook, NY and formerly of Buffalo, NY, passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2019, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Utica.
Born in Buffalo, on April 21, 1953, Carol was a daughter of the late Francis J. and Esther (Ingalsbe) Evers. Carol was raised and educated in Buffalo, where she graduated from Riverside High School. For many years, she held a position with the Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown Buffalo.
She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Karen A. and Gasper Mendola, of Cold Brook, NY; a nephew, Matthew Mendola, of Hamburg, NY; and a sister-in-law, Linda Leistner-Evers. She was preceded in death by a brother, John Robert Evers.
In keeping with Carol’s wishes, there will be no public visitation or funeral services. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Adrean Funeral Service, Inc., Utica, NY.
