Michael A.  Starczewski
Mr. Michael A. Starczewski, age 24, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at his home in Florida.
Michael was born in Utica, NY on April 15, 1993. He attended Albany Street School and T. R. Proctor High School until he relocated along with his family, to Ft. Myers, Florida; where he continued his education, graduating from, Mariner High School. While living in Utica, Michael held positions with Ventura’s Restaurant and Brindisi’s Restaurant in Saratoga, NY.
Surviving are his father, Andrew “Andy” Starczewski and his companion, Caroline Demma of Utica; two sisters, Tiffany Savage and Talia Starczewski of Florida; a twin brother, Marco Starczewski of Florida; aunts and uncles, including, Wendy and Randy Inman of Florida, Susan and Roger Stys and Gregg Starczewski all of Stittville, and Gregg Rys and his companion, Caroline Ambrose both of New Hartford; a nephew, Anthony Savage; cousins, including, Christopher Inman, Cory Inman, Courtney Stys, Eric Stys, Steve Rys and Jessica Rys; his extended family, Jacqueline Draghi, Ashley Domeraki, Ian Hack, and Johanna Demma. He also leaves many special friends including, Rene Roman, and Javier Ramirez. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Andrew S. and Marion V. (Abounader) Starczewski.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Michael’s Memorial Service and celebration of life which will be held on Monday morning, April 2, 2018 at 10:00 at Historic Old St. John’s Church, 240 Bleecker Street, Utica, NY 13501 where his mass of Christian Burial will be offered. The Starczewski family will receive visitors in church immediately following the service. Local arrangements have been entrusted to the Adrean Funeral Service, Inc., 700 Rutger Street, corner of Mohawk Street, Utica, NY.
